Looooong Weekend

Whew! Lately weekends haz been:  Poppa comes in, we go owtside togedder, Poppa & Mom go someplace, come back, feed me pet me lubs me.  

This weekend wuz too busy, eben tho it wuz longer.  Mom got a li'l bit under wevver affer she taked Pet Gurl somewhere.  Pet Gurl was rown fur while to hep owt. Ai liek hanging owt wit Pet Gurl.  

Mom's fone crawled away sumwheres agin. Took a few days 2 crawl back. Ai not say where but Ai fink it wuz in land ov single socks & lost cat toys.  Mom hadda chek on Grandmom & then lay down.  When Poppa camed home he dint let NO buddee--eben me-- wake up Mom. 

 Then Ai herd them say eben tho mom wuz not at best she hadda teech li'l kids at church.  Ai dunno, but Ai fink li'l hyoomins help mek her feel betta. Then went to eat wif some udder  Poppas & Moms that talk the Gud Wurds.  Next day Mom dint hav 2 go 2 wurk.  She & Poppa went to a celebration of a man named Martin Luther King.  Sowns liek t'is guy was reeely smart, gud & strong. Dey took Grandmom, Rownhed Boy and anudder li'l-er boy who is also fan of PetGurl.

Poppa came home sooner 2 wurk on his papers he write sermons on. Sometiems he shares them with me first.  W'en he close a door fur praktissing Ai get 2 heer dem furs--eben B4 Mom. Ai think Ceiling Cat will liek this messich.  

Mom went 2 bed urly affer wurking on Mai store. Poppa sed she a jewelry dooty. Ai'm finking Ai liek jewelry dooty B'cuz mom wuz home a li'l sooner tonite.
