Poppa's Home!

Ai'm so happy mai Poppa is home. He is still not taking me owtsides wit him so much. He's not havving teh stinky sticks. Ai ax him abot going owtsides soon az he put his bags awaybut he sez the reel rains wuz owtsides. So Ai wants 2 see 2 mek shur fur  maisef. Yah, it wuz wet owt der. Five minutes later Ai go bak 2 teh door 2 see if bai sum murkul, Poppa had dried up & ternd off teh reee rains. But it wuz still wet. 


Rats! Reeel rains wuz so much taht Ai has 2 yoos the litta box insides & Mom sez she is skooping obertiem. Yah, Ai kno: TMI.


Ai sleeped on teh big bed wit Mom & Poppa. So mice & warms! Tihs moarnin' Ai cudnt tell Poppa taht Mom dint feed me yet so he'd feed me agin. He dint bleeve me. Cudnt fool Poppa! Eberting is bak 2 normuls! Well, almos'. Poppa is still a li'l sick. Ai kin tell. He's not mooving so fas'. Ai'm jus' glad he's home. Lotsa hed & chin rubs fur me!

Mai Sorta Sad Valumtiem

Ai hadda sorta sad Valumtiem. Ai haz 2 B bai maiself menny wurk days b'cuz Mom & Poppa wurk. Somtiem PetGurl comes 2 stay wif me. BUT Poppa wuz not home fur the week AT ALL! BOO!
Tehn teh day affer church day, Mom wuz gitting her car reddy b'cuz it is full of skool & church stuff but she not go 2 wurk.  Ai'm finking, Yay! Mom's gonna be wif me all day! 


Soemtiem she leev owr bed wif teh blankees curled liek Ai liek it tehn she fix 'em strate wif mai favrit blankee at the bottom. Ai chase the covers an haz fun pulling & getting unner sheets when she duz taht! Well, she not fix 'em strate taht day. She lef' me on teh bed all bai maiself! What's going on, Mom?

She put moar dry food in mai bowl. But when sun tern off, she not come bak. PetGurl dint come fur me eefer! Ai hurd sumpn' abot Poppa. Mebbe she go 2 git him home. Ai dunno. All Ai know wuz Ai wuz bai maiself fur  way 2 long!

Nobuddy wuz fur givving me hed & chin rubs. Nobuddy wuz fur letting me owt 2 catio & bakyard. Nex' moarnin', late, Mom runs in, feeds me, givs me kwick hed rubs & runs bak owt fur wurk. *BIG sigh.*

Mom camed bak jus' b4 sun tern off. She hav some xtra treet fur me & tell me she went 2 see Poppa at hospitul. She sez Poppa iz litle betta but he cannot come home yet. Moar testing fur Poppa. Ai hope he mek a 'A+' & come home soon.

OK, Ai feel betta knowing Poppa  iz feeling a li'l betta & Ai haz Mom to sleep on. Ai sleep on her all nite... until Ai wake her fur gitting mai breffass!

Cat Bloggin

Ai ushually wake up urly & git Mom up when mai stummik clok goes off. Today Ai did not feel like waking up so urly. Ai dint wake Mom up at 5AM.  Ai wuz still rubbin mai eyes at 5AM b'cuz Ai wuz awake at nite berry late at nite. So Ai waked up fur 5:30. Mom came in mai room & tern on teh lites . 

"Aw, Mom! Iz so brite! But, yah, Ai want breffass!"

 We wuz bofe up late las' nite. She wuz watchin' moovees & on teh pyooter & gitting Sunny Skool lessin reddy fur kids. Ai wuz on teh net book, tweetin'. Owr sleepin' is frone off b'cuz Poppa iz not heer.  We bofe misses Poppa lots.

Tihs moarnin' wuz cold owt but Ai haz 2 go ebber day affer breffass. Ai do NOT liek cold! Wevver haz been mice but unyooshully warms. Mom had teh cool air on N the hows teh udder day. But the reel rains camed & now teh wevver git cold owt. Ai not shur Ai wanna go owt but Ai wanna go owt. Mom git owt a swevver jus' fur me! 

Akshully, Ai reeely not lieking teh swevver so Ai look at her liek she crazy & say, "Mom! Was ist das?" Tehn Ai go in a circle & rub on the wall. But w'en Ai go owtsides it not so bad. Bak insides, Ai mewmember taht Ai haz on da swevver & fink Mebbe if Ai lik it, it will GET OFF OV ME! 

Taht dint wurk, so affer Mom got teh cam'ra Ai run across her bed 2 try 2 git it off. Affer she stop laffing she taked teh swevver off me. Ai fot taht ting wuz gonna swalla me!

1. If it haz warmz, iz made fur sitting/laying down. (Ur laps, chests, stummik, blankees, lap top/net books, face, teh li'l warm spot N front of teh frig, heeter vent, etc)
2. W'en iz tiem fur noms Hyoomins mus' git up & delivva NOW!
3. Mai frone iz w'erevva Ai'm sitting.
4. Hairballs iz fur sharing. U kin hav it. Ai dawannit.
5. Trust teh cat.Always trust teh cat. If it wuz tored up, broked, drawd on, missin', ate/drinkd up: teh kids, goggie, nayber, huzbin did it.

Sun iz Terning On

Mai tummy alarm clok wuz axing fur breffass B4 5AM  so Ai tol Mom w'at it wuz sayin' & she dint move. Wall, tummy wuz not heering taht so it tol' me 2 try agin. Mom sed: "OH BOB! Iz not 5AM yet." Sry, Mom. Tummy clok duz not ker.


Mom camed home late wiffowt PG. Passiv-aggressiv punishmunt iz fur me 2 nap on her papers & fur stomik clok to go off B4 5AM. Heer iz pikchur of me on paper last nite. Yah. U kin call tihs "Bob on Paper."

Feeeeelin' Betta

Ai dint eat much yessirday. Ai wuz still sore & tired frum mai trip 2teh vet & wher Ai got STUCK! Ai have been givvin PetGurl teh look of shame 2 mek her feel gilty. She haz been home & stayin' in mai room Ai let her sleep in eben toh Ai reeely dont liek w'en she moovs mai stuff arown. No matter fur yessirday b'cuz Ai staid unner teh bed mos'ly.

Mom givved me turkey pahTAY & Ai jus' cudnt eat. Ai dint wanna go owt wif Poppa xcept 2 poop. Tehn bak unner teh bed. Ai hurd talking fone fingy ring wif Mom's musik. When Poppa talks 2 Mom her musik plays furs & Ai kin heer Mom's voice axing abot me. Poppa tol' her Ai still not eating. PetGurl hadda leave. Poppa tooked her sumplace, Ai dunno. Enyways, bai teh tiem mai fambly gits home, Ai wuz feelin' betta. Speshly affer Ai heer PG talkin abot callin' TEH VET agin.

Sun wuz turnin off & Ai wanted 2 go owt wif Poppa. Ai wach teh burds & evul skwurls. PG put mai mew tags on mai collar & Mom put sum medsin on mai nek 2 keep away teh fleee bugs. Tehn Ai ate a hole bowl ov turkey flava! Mmmmm!

Sad mews iz Poppa iz not feeling 2 gud. Gots teh sneezees & a coff. Ai will tek ker ov him 2day & stay by him on teh bed & let him rubs mai hed & chin. That ushully meks him feel betta.

HALP! TEH VET!

Ai hate car rides. So much Mom had not ebber taken me owt n mai carrier. But Ai figyurd sumpn wuz goin' on w'en Ai hurd Mom tell PetGurl 2 come ober & git me reddy whil Mom & Poppa went 2 church.  Hmmm. Kyurious but not disturbin'...yet.

Mom rushed home frum church wiffowt Poppa & she & PetGurl put me in carrier wif mai favrit toy & a soft blanky. Then they put me N the lod fing Ai avoid teh most: TEH CAR!!Mom sed since Ai'm going owtsides moar, eben if jus' n bakyard Ai needs 2 go 2 vet. Ai luvs teh car b'cuz it brings home Mom ebber day and sumtiems mai PetGurl but it meks noise & is too big $ now Ai wuz going INSIDE IT! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!! Ai sed NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO all teh way on teh trip! PetGurl unzip the carrier a li'l bit 2 rub mai hed but Ai still sed NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! All teh way!

Then they took me & mai carrier in a place Ai hurd Mom call PetSmart. Ai cud see all kind ov goggies & Ai cud hear kittehs & goggies. Teh lady at teh desk wayted me on a tabul & sed she wud wayted my carrier bai itself later. She sed Ai wuz a gud wayt at 9.2 powns. Sge sed Mom did gud wif mai diet. Hmmmm. Ai cud stan moar food w'en Ai ax, wayt or not!

Later, tehy took me N anudder room Ai did not liek. Ai got 2 git outta the carrier & Ai wnated PetGurl to hold me. Ai hadda sit on this iron table that smelled like goggie, kittehs & cleener. Eben tho' teh lady wuz nice Ai wuzn't 2 ken on her lookin' all ober mai body. Then she took me away 2 a bak wif anudder lady who look at may eyes, mai meowf & udder parts. Tehn they brot me bak 2 Mom & PG & that when Ai fown mai chance 2 crawl bak in mai carrier where nobody cud tuch me, espeshly teh big goggies Ai cud heer barking sumwhers.

That's when, among udder ting they talk abot teh nurse & dokter tell Mom & PG that the furs owners musta ment 13 months nsted of 13 years B4 they lef me at the 'partment wher Aunt Carol camed 2 get me owt. So mai eye tess sed Ai'mnot 17 but mebbe 5-7 years old--moar likely 7! So, Ai'm reely middle age & not elderly cat! Mom, PG & Poppa r happy b'cuz That means Ai kin b arown longer 2 own them!
